I modified the recipe a bit: I used two tablespoons of lemon zest instead of just one, and 1 cup of liquid instead of 3/4 cup ( 1/2 cup of half-and-half and 1/2 cup of milk)
These cherry brown butter bars turned out great.

I used fresh thyme, bay leaf, red pepper flakes and black pepper. No rosemary was added because I don’t really like it.
I love spaghetti squash. It’s so easy to cook and you can top it with whatever you want.
I had mine for lunch with garlic, butter, parsley and parmesan.
Berries are the one of the best things about Summer. No doubt about that.
